Located at the Panama City Beach Sports Complex on the east end of the beach, will be hardened to serve as a post-storm shelter for first responders assisting in the recovery efforts. With its proximity and convenient access to the Hathaway Bridge and the proposed Bay Parkway, this Center is uniquely situated to aid communities on both sides of the bridge.
